While fall is just around the corner, summer is not over just yet! For this Arizona Summer Orange Tree Golf Club Wedding Inspiration, young 20’s brides will fall in love with this fresh urban romance. Any young couple can have their own excellent wedding photos like these when they choose two things: a scenic wedding venue and fabulous wedding dress!

What makes the Orange Tree Golf Resort so special is they have natural elements everywhere! It is important to find a venue that has natural elements because they minimize the use of too many wedding decorations. On top of all sorts of natural beauty, they offer a urban vibe and sweet romantic notes.

Wherever you choose your wedding to be, we hope this shoot inspires you to find a place that provides more organic beauty. Your photos will be kept simple, clean, and elegant.

The Story Behind The Lens

The couple first met each other inside in the resort’s reception hall where there joined a grand piano. As the rest of the shoot continued, they strolled the Orange Tree Resort’s property while enjoying a cup of summer black tea. We brought the shoot together with photos near and beneath the gazebo for a classic and timeless look.

The following details are also a big part of getting great wedding photos. They specifically speak to inspire a young 20’s bride who wants a natural outdoor wedding with a classic romance theme. Here are a few focused details and some fun suggestions, followed by photographs of the incorporated elements.

Time: This Romance at a Summer Resort theme wedding is perfect for the summer months.

Wedding Dress: The bride’s dress had a gorgeous sweetheart neckline from Brilliant Bridal

What to Wear Jewelry: The bride wore a diamond bracelet, square shaped diamond earrings and a diamond crown hairpiece.

Signature Cocktail During Cocktail Hour: Recommend serving Tipsy Lemonade Iced Tea, a lemonade tea cocktail. You can find the recipe here.

Take it Up a Notch: Couples could take this inspiration up a notch with a few other ideas:

  • Have a real kite (let it go into the air at the end of the ceremony)
  • Tea bar with an assortment of tea selections
  • Water misters and a large white tent for shade.

The wedding venue, Orange Tree Golf Resort was selected because of it’s natural green environment, inside window lighting and desert landscape.

The invitations crafted by Posh Invitationspurposefully had a kite on the front to represent summer and the adventures ahead through the present season. Light greys and pastel pinks were the soft and whimsical color palette used for the Romance at a Summer Resort theme.

The bride’s hair by All Done Up Salon was done to look like a Disney Princess; soft and timeless. Her hair was loosely curled with a half done, up do complemented with the diamond crown. The bride’s style was complete with her train veil. For her make-up, the Bride wore smoky eyes making her baby blue eyes pop in the photos.

The couple and their flower girl were taken outside where there was much greenery and natural light. The flower girl wore a handmade dress with individual pink roses decorated on the front. For the ceremony, she had a handmade shoulder wrap to compliment her dress.

The fine touch of detail in the groom’s boutonniere was a single pastel pink rose.
