Under the many sparkling lights in the dark of night, they were glowing. They began to wrap arms around each other in a warm embrace. The stars in the sky glistened in celebration with the new engaged couple. Leading up to this moment, nerves, anticipation, and excitement remained steady in Michael’s heart. He waited to do this and do it right, while Gabby waited patiently for such a time as this. When she said yes, memories of their past came life and replayed in her mind as if they were meeting for the first time again:

As 8th graders in their Church youth group, they stood toe to toe introducing themselves for the first time. Similar thoughts came to their mind. “He is a little strange, he just introduced himself as a pyro,” “She is a bit strange, she doesn’t eat baked goods.” As they got older, Michael and Gabby decided to continue with their friendship by staying in communication. Michael decided to move down closer to where Gabby lived. When he made that move, their relationship also moved into a more serious place.

Before they both knew it, here they were, celebrating their new engagement to become husband and wife under the night skies. Dark became light on that evening for this sweet couple.

And now, Michael and Gabby are officially celebrating becoming Mr. and Mrs. Their wedding day was nothing short of organically beautiful. The earthy tones, natural detailing, and bohemian styles were so refreshing to be a part of.
