The Paseo Wedding: Joshua + Jennifer

They met at Red Mountain Community Church in 2013. They went on a road trip with friends and during the car ride Joshua at one point sped up to get around a semi truck. Two months after that adventure they started to date. They spent a lot of time hanging out in the same group of friends and doing events like watching the Harry Potter series.  Joshua and Jennifer have been dating for 1 ½ years since August 2014.

Joshua and Jennifer, from the first time meeting you at Hazelrock, to your engagement at the Salt River, to an Arizona mountainside wedding, I am truly amazed by you two. There was beauty everywhere and The Superstition Mountains were the perfect backdrop for a desert wedding at The Paseo on November 15, 2015.

The modern architecture, wooden beams and desert landscape were the perfect scenes for a bride on her wedding day.

While Jennifer was preparing for her wedding day she looked like a royal!

Jennifer’s wedding day started with smiles and purple wedding details.

Oh Jennifer, you are nothing short of radiant.

Joshua modeled a man bun for his groom attire!

Joshua was surrounded with lots of love and support on his wedding day.

Joshua and his groomsmen also prepped their hearts for the day’s events by praying for Joshua and Jennifer’s marriage.

 

Jennifer’s first man in her life…her dad and her shared a first look.

The groom waited for his beloved near The Paseo barn doors.

The Paseo metal barn doors made for some epic photos. 

Joshua loved every detail of his bride!

About an hour before the ceremony it was downpouring… that didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits, it was a day of celebration!

Moments before the ceremony the rain stopped and the clouds swiftly moved over The Superstition Mountains.

The two soaked in every moment of their wedding memories and the truth of the commitment they were making that day.

Their flower girl made a sweet entrance.

Joshua and Jennifer had their Youth Pastor from Red Mountain Community Church conduct their wedding ceremony at The Paseo.

Here’s that second the groom turns around to his best man for the ring…priceless.

That one time when your sister gets married….there were so many good moments at this wedding!

That split second when the pastor said for his groom to kiss his bride.

This is where Joshua and Jennifer’s marriage began.

Following their outdoor wedding ceremony, the joyous newlyweds strolled the Arizona desert for wedding photos.

A photo that speaks volumes of the essence of their love and that time God blessed us with a rainbow for epic wedding photos. 

Jennifer had so much bridal beauty on her wedding day!

Just before sunset, the couple had a few more minutes alone before they joined their guests for the wedding celebrations!

The Paseo offers a grand stage for cocktail hour, a patio with The Superstition Mountains in the background.

The newlyweds danced the night away surrounded with love and support!

Monumental toasts were made from their loved ones. Joshua’s sister shared a heartfelt toast that brought on some tears of joy…

…and laughter…

…and more happiness…welcoming Jennifer to the family!

Awesome moves and love covered the dance floor.

Congrats Joshua and Jennifer for becoming one! I will end on this sweet note, Joshua and Jennifer’s love illuminated the Arizona night.
